Garrow Hill: Release Timeline – The Ritual is Unfolding

Debut EP – June 2019 Recorded in the White Rooms, York. Released 23 July 2019.

“Versions” – October 2020 First official single. Cut at Inner Sound Studios, York. Featuring Mark Chappell (guitar/vocals) and Dan Rawcliffe (bass). Released 29 January 2021.

“Heartache for the Heartless” – 23 April 2021 Second single from the Inner Sound recordings.

“Depths” – 22 April 2022 The last breath of the four-piece.

“Become Legion” – 12 January 2024 DIY. No safety net. PG Branton and Stew King wrote, recorded, produced. Dark rock meets heavy metal. The beginning of belonging to a new master.

“Call to the Void” – 26 April 2024 Laid-back and sinister. An almost semi-acoustic track blending haunting atmosphere and tiered vocals. The opening requiem of a new Garrow Hill.

“Hold Fast” – 15 November 2024 Nautical dread thematic style, plus three singles in one year. The machine is up and running.

“Camouflage” – 7 March 2025 A Live favourite featuring the “Green Man” folky artwork and glossy video. Working alongside SaNPR campaign to attain national + international radio and blogs. There’s blood in the water.

“We Are All But Nothing” – 1 August 2025 (Yorkshire Day) Heavier tuning. Darker core. The duo is connecting the dots to a heavier horizon.

“9 Ways to Sunday” – 31 October 2025 (Halloween) Alt/metal horror with T-Shirt friendly Zombie artwork and visualiser video. A pre-written relic from a past life. A tribute to 80s Maiden B-sides. A hidden gem.

Christmas 2025 Writing. Planning. 5-track EP locked for summer 2026. “Eaten By Crows” already recorded. It’s taking shape. It’s hungry.
