It’s the 1980s.
You’ve carved out an entire day to crack that Rubik’s Cube, watched Gremlins for the fourth time, and devoured your body weight in Wham Bars. It’s a heady cocktail of puppets, E numbers, and simple puzzle-solving to while away the hours.
No one voluntarily wanders back into those rose-tinted gardens, but we couldn’t resist the pull; for now!
At the very same moment, Iron Maiden were unleashing classic B-side gems like “Cross-Eyed Mary,” “Rainbow’s Gold,” and “Black Bart Blues.”
With a nod to our heroes—and the greatest musical decade for our pioneering inspirers—we bring you “9 Ways to Sunday”, our tribute to that golden era, out this Halloween.
Written in 2014/2015 and previously performed live under a different name, 9 Ways is the resurrection of a once-forgotten song. It channels the ’80s-infused melodic highs of Maiden, and slams it into early ’90s Entombed-style death metal with a uniquely British heavy rock sound. This metal crossover offers a glimpse into Garrow Hill’s future: where our needle naturally lands.
A brand-new EP is already deep in the works, with a June/July 2026 release on the horizon. There’s a bright—and somewhat angrier—future breaking through.
